Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via SDA with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
You can request a change or return for any product within 15 days from the delivery date. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all the tags attached to the product and not used, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make your return.
Complete the return form, entering your account, choose order detail, click on the product you want to return, write the reason for the return and click on a refund. After maximum 48 working hours we confirm the return. You can always check the status of your return in your account section.
